Step 1 – Free Initial Consultation

If Andy’s the right fit for you, then you can hire him for steps 2 – 4.
Step 2 – Confidential, Personalized Assessment
The “no judgment” zone isn’t just someplace at a big box gym. It’s also online or in the comfort of your own home. Andy will spend time learning about your health history, your limitations, your fears, and your real-world goals for getting in better shape. He’ll check for any muscle imbalances, past injuries, or movement restrictions so he can create a tailor-made workout plan…just for you.
Step 3 – Four-Week Jumpstart Plan
Andy will create a 4-week personalized training plan that’s as unique as you are! It will keep your workouts fun, but also get the blood flowing, the calories burning, and your body toning! Andy will keep in close contact with you, checking-in after your first workout, after your first week, after each week, and answer any email questions or concerns you may have in between!
Step 4 – Let’s Review & Continue Your Success
After four weeks, Andy Beal will spend time talking about how your training plan energized, pushed, or challenged you. He’ll even talk about any issues you faced along the way–too much soreness, not enough time in the week, etc. The next 4 weeks are then again custom designed for you to ensure you continue on the path to achieving YOUR goals–not the goals of most gyms, which is to just sell you more training or supplements.
All of the above can be completed by you, in the privacy of your own home, or your favorite gym. If you’re in Raleigh, Andy also offers in-person assessments and meetings. You can have it your way!
